ABOUT US

We are Iron Stab from Munich, Germany and stand for traditional heavy metal, with occasional influences from thrash and speed metal. We are characterized by a strong front woman and twin guitar melodies. Our songs are about great historical figures, steam punk fantasies and the quest for world domination. We were founded in 2022, released our demo in 2023 and have since played several concerts. In March 2025 we won the city finals of the SPH music contest in Munich.
